Real estate touches all of our lives. Some of us think about it every day and it is a means to feed our kids. To some it is only a place to sleep, eat, relax and... feed our kids.
There are many perspectives:
What is it like to be a buyer. Has your agent been awesome? Has your agent been a wreck? What is making your home buying experience good or tedious?
Investors, what changes do you see in the market? What is your speculations about the future? I will allow you to post your wholesale deals here on a case by case basis.
Inspectors, in what ways do you have to adapt in today's market?
Owners, what are your concerns, are you selling or watching your homes values?
My hopes are that this will be a strong pulse on our market place, our neighborhoods and lives. Some of you are my family, some are my friends, some are my clients some we have not yet met. But to all Enjoy.
